Not sure what to say?

Thoughts of Professor Driver came to me as I'm looking at graduate schools for my son. I remember when I was talking to her about grad schools and she was encouraging me to be selective. She had a great sense of humor and I looked forward to her class and being her student. She was insightful, encouraging and supportive during my search for grad schools. My condolences to her family. She was very kind, a great role model and I see she had a enriched well-lived life!

Out of the blue today Professor Driver popped into my mind, and I thought to look her up just to see if I could locate her. She was one of my favorite, and the kindest, professors while I was a student at AIC. Am saddened by her passing...and offer my condolences to her family. She lived a wonderful life.

I'm saddened to just have found out about Aunt Aloo's passing. She and her husband were friends with my parents Edward and Sylvia Humphrey. They met at U Mass while my father studied Engineering and my mother taught English at the high school. My parents named me after her, Karen Aloo Humphrey. I remember visiting them at their campus home. My love to her family.

Professor Driver inspired me as a student of hers back in the 1980's. She was thoughtful and posessed a great sense of humor. She also taught me empathy and selflessness, which I continue to utilize working with food banks, senior housing and homeless outreach services. I credit her with encouraging my first encounter and engagement of a displaced person, who occupied a bench within sight of our classroom. I became enlightened by this homeless person. I became enlightened by Professor Driver,...

I just found this recently after thinking about her. Professor Driver inspired me in so many ways. She was feisty and spirited. She really cared about her students. I kept signing up for her classes even after I filled my requirements. I wound up with a double major. Eventually I pursued a career in human services. My condolences to the Driver family and friends.

I am sending my dearest thoughts and condolences to the Driver family.

Alooben and I were not related, but I will always think of her as an elder sister. I knew we would be close friends the day we met. The past 30 years of my life would not be the same without her. Even after I moved away, I would think of her everyday. I will miss her forever. Anytime I needed her she was always there. I remember when she would come to my house and we would sip tea on the kitchen counter while...

A lovely woman, and will be missed by all who knew her.

Professor Driver will forever be in my heart. I am so sorry for your loss! God bless
