Funzi was a great husband, father, grandfather, friend and whatever else. Everybody loved Funzi.
Always smiling, always upbeat, a great person. I know my parents and everyone in my family loved Funzi a great deal. He was one of a kind and is dearly missed by all.

For some strange reason I thought of Funzi today and was telling my wife how he befriended me when I was a young man. He and Whisles York used to take me to Giant baseball games at the old Polo Grounds. I am 84 now and he was about nine years older. He was such a wonderful man----always happy and upbeat. To this day I remember and appreciate his friendship. Why in the world did I think of him today. A short time after his passing?

I wish I could see him one more time.
