Not sure what to say?

Althea was my aunt, my dad Frank Gander, was one of her older brothers. She lived in Florida and I live in California so we did not know each other well. But that did not prevent her from opening her home to my husband and me when we made a trip to Florida. She was very generous and made our time with her full of wonderful memories.

She was a wonderful and gracious host to my husband and me when we visited Florida.

Dear John & Cheryl, We just received the news today of your mother's passing. Randall Broxton sent us a copy of the obituary notice. My dad, Frank Gander, was your mother's older brother. Your mother was so gracious to us (my husband and me) when we visited relatives in the Pensacola area. She welcomed us in to her house and was such a wonderful hostess. I had brought along a couple of scrapbooks my dad put together of his life. She really enjoyed looking through them. Elmer and I feel...

John and Family,
You have my deepest sympathy for your loss; you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Although I did not know your mother she sounded like a special lady. I know she is now at peace and that knowledge is a comfort to you.

Dear John, Cheryl & Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remember her well and loved her. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Cheryl and John,

Althea was a very special person. I loved her a lot and cherish her memory.
Love to you and your family.

Dear John, Cheryl and family,
I am saddened to hear of Althea's passing. I so enjoyed knowing her. She seem to always have that positive lilt in her voice. I always was so appreciative of the attention she paid to my grandmother, Pauline. They seemed to have such a good time together. Grandmother use to write to me about their outings especially dinner at the Driftwood Restaurant or Hopkins Boarding House.
The time we had Althea out to the condo severeal years ago I was...

Cheryl and John, I am so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. Even though I didn't know her well, we all accepted her as part of our cul de sac. My thoughts and prayers are with you. It was nice to see you two weeks ago so will not be able to come now but you will be with me in my thoughts. God Bless ! Love, Wylodine

Dear John and Cheryl,

I know you must find comfort in knowing your Mother is comfortable and at peace now. She was an extraordinary lady that always took personal interest in everyone. I am sorry that I have not seen her in quite a while. Time just seems to move us too far for too long.

I regret very much that Patti and I cannot attend your Mother's funeral.

You, Cheryl and family are in our prayers.
