Alton Carroll "Al" Rye

I meet Alton at Ark Tech in accounting classes. I worked with him at FHA at 1520 Market St. We rode together in his Vw. My wife Betty ,Clyde sides, Carla Szasz. Alton, Clyde, Carla and myself worked at FHA. I am sorry to fine he passed and had been talking to him in the early 90.

Ann, I am so sorry to just learn of Alton's passing. He was a great friend in the Army and I regret we did not maintain that friendship. I have often thought of you both during the years. Also my regrets to your family. God Bless you, comfort you and strengthen you.

Anne, I do not know how I missed hearing this sad news, but I just today (January 2nd) learned of Al's passing. My deepest condolences to you and your family. I am heartbroken for you.

Dear Anne & Family, I am so sad to hear that Mr. Rye passed away. I almost texted him a few days ago to check on ya'll because it has been a while since I have heard from him or talked to him. How I wish I would have followed through with my instinct. I enjoyed working for him so much for 7 years. He was a great boss. We had so many lengthy conversations on various topics. He was so intelligent. He was such a kind and generous person. I know you, Hays and Melissa will miss him...

We have such heavy hearts, Alton was a precious man and will certainly be missed. Praying peace and comfort for you.
