Our prayers and thoughts to Mary, Liz, James, Melissa, Miles, Mike and family.Rusty was a wonderful, kind person. We will never forget his kindness when we went to visit him and Mary. My family and I had the priviledge of knowing Rusty when we lived in Del Rio; he and my husband, James, were friends and co-workers. James was employed with Central Power and Light and sometimes helped Rusty with his contract jobs at Laughlin in the early years. He was a great person and he will be missed by his family and friends. My prayers are with the family at this time.
