Read MoreAlva always came to the rescue when I had problems with my washing machine or refrigerator years ago. He was a good man and always fair and honest and I will never forget him. He lived just around the corner from me and was one of the blessings in my life. I can't remember who gave me his number but am glad they did. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.
