Not sure what to say?

Johanna and Martin my sincere sympathy on the loss of David. I am not in Louisville at this time or would express my sympathy in person. I have fond memories of David and the two of you. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Fondly, Jean Knipp

David was wonderful to my four children at a crucial time in their life. I remember his kind and gentle manner.
He will be missed. Our condolences and prayers are with his family.

David was a faithful disciple, had a good heart, chamioned the poor and always stood for justice. He will be missed by many.

David will be greatly missed by those of us in the community ministries. He was an inspiration to all of us. I consider myself blessed to be able to say he was a mentor and friend. My prayers are with his family.
