I was saddened to learn of MG Bryant's passing. As the commander of the 29th RAOC, a Maryland Army National Guard unit that supported the 300th ASG and the 310th TAACOM on many trips to Europe, I can tell you that COL Bryant, then General Bryant was highly respected and admired by our NATO allies and the troops he came in contact with. No greater complement can be paid to a solder than to say that he cared for his troops and that he led by example. General Bryant did both of those. He...

Dear Mrs. Sandra Bryant and family,
I am deeply saddened by the passing of MG/Dr. Alvin Bryant.

I knew him as “General Bryant”. He would become a “second” Dad to me. I am going to describe in the next few paragraphs exactly how this great man shaped my military career and my life in general. I am so glad that I did not miss an opportunity to thank him via a telephone call or an invitation for my successes. General Bryant brought me into the officer ranks via a direct...

Mrs Bryant and Family - As a friend of several family members, graduate of FAMU, Army vet, and member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, my thoughts are with you in your time of grief. May the knowledge of Brother Bryant's many good deeds in God's image bring you comfort in this hour of sorrow

Thank you Dr. Bryant for caring for my father when he was very ill. My family have spent many hours at the hospital when you operated on my dad. You prolonged his life with your magnificent skills until he was called. My God Bless you and your family forever. Our Condolences...

To the family, may warm memories live on.... It was such a pleasure to have known and worked with Dr. Bryant. He was a kind, compassionate professional. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. Legacies never die they live on. Most certainly a man that has touched so many lives physically as well as inspirationally, will live on.

it was shocking to hear of the passing of your husband, father, grandfather, relative. Dr Bryant was the best my husband and I use to do polling for him and also he took care of my father, London P. Walker at the nursing home. I pray that the good Lord gives you comfort during your time of loss and also in knowing that your husband was a jewel in the crown. He will be missed
Sincerely
