Alvin was born on March 13, 1942 and passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stephens and served his country in the United States Army stationed in German from 1960 to 1963. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 27, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Stephens with Jerry Arrington officiating. Burial will follow at the Stephens Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia, AR. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. The family requests memorial contributions are sent to CARTI, 528 West Faulkner, El Dorado, AR 71730.
