MADISON, Alvin D., 80, of Ashland, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Helen Madison; two daughters, Delores Allen and Janet Hall; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Julie; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, John Madison. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Nelsen Funeral Home Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday December 30, with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Madison - I am so sorry to hear about "Alvin Pa". I was shocked to read it in the paper this morning. May your family memories bring you peace. Remember the good times you all shared over the years. I am on vacation this was and I was going to touch bases with you and Shirley A. Please let me know if I can do anything for you.
