Alvin was my former co-worker at Norfolk Southern. Alvin was also one of my trainers, who constantly watched over me. During that time, he also became a friend. When my own dad/grandfather died, Alvin came to my house and had me laughing. He always gave me advice when I did not even ask for it. Alvin gave me joy on the job, and I learn what standing behind your coworker meant when the coworker is in the right because he stood by me. Alvin will always be remember.
