I just found out that my Father passed. My heart is broke because no one could reach to me and let me know. I know it's been some time that I last spoke with him. My Condolences.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Alvin Nelson when I moved to Ithaca in 1993. We developed a friendship when Mrs.Cassandra introduced me to him at GIAC and he came out to help me when I took care of Mrs. Elizabeth Holton doing work at her home.
Very pleasant personality and manners becoming a Prince. He will be greatly missed because of the love and friendship he showed not to just some, but...

My sincerest condolences to Cassandra and the entire Nelson family. Alvin was a stand up man who enlightened the children and adults in Ithaca with his straight forward but kind words. Rest In Peace Brother, you will be missed.
