Not sure what to say?

Bridget Janell and Mrs Scott,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. You had a wonderful and generous grandfather and husband. Jacob got to know Scottie from Vo Tech and really liked him. He had a wonderful smile. I can remember seeing Scottie out along High street watching Janell ride her bike up and down the street. He was always there for you girls. What a wonderful Grandfather! Love you girls..

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I got to know Scottie through working his wife Evelyn and being a member of First Lutheran. Our son Michael is a very good friend of his granddaughters. Scottie was very loving and thoughtful man. He will sadly missed. He is heaven now and living with peace with our heavenly father. God bless you all.

Dear Evelyn, Bridget, and Janell,
I was so sorry to learn of Scottie's death. I worked with him many times when I was a member of First Lutheran Church. He was a wonderful person who would do anything for you. He had a great sense of humor. I will always remember him as a great Christian man who loved and served His Lord. May God bless and comfort all of you at this time of great sadness.
Sincerely,
...

My deepest sympathy is with the Scott family. A testament of how great a man Alvin was lies in the kind and beautiful nature of his granddaughter, Bridget, who credits her grandfather with helping to raise her and her sister to become the people they are today. May he rest in peace.

I am so very sorry to learn of your loss. Bridget and famly are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Warmly,

Cathleen Conlon

Deepest sympathies to Bridget & her family. "Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. " ~Author Unknown May each of you find peace & comfort in the wonderful memories. Know that God has blessed Pap with calm waters & gentle winds as he sails his final journey to Heaven's shore. Thoughts & prayers, Ann & family

Bridget has spoken of how much she loved and respected her grandfather. He plainly was a good and honorable man who made a real difference to his country and his family.
