Not sure what to say?

My dear Auntie Alyce was an angel on earth, to be sure. I treasure my memories of her and the times we spent together laughing or crying. She was always a role model for me with her many wonderful qualities, her wisdom, patience and loving nature to name only a few. If I can emulate just an iota of what she was, I'll feel successful. I've tried to pass on her words of wisdom and "half-full glass" philosophy of life to my children. Just hearing her name causes me to smile. I feel...

I remember "Grandma Alyce" as a very special person that it is difficult to find words to desribe. You always knew how much she loved and cared for you both in her words and her actions. Her many talents will not be forgotten, including the many recipes she shared with me-as well as her skilled sewing. I was blessed to have had her as a part of my life. My heartfelt condolances to the entire family--she will be greatly missed. May all the wonderful memories of her life give you comfort.

To the family of Alyce Waggoner:

Please accept our sympathy for your loss. It was an honor to be with Alyce during her final days. May your memories bring you comfort.

Sincerely,
The Fairview Hospice Team
