Dear Mrs. Russnak and Family: I am so sorry for the untimely death of Alyssa. I work in the BHS office (I also had 3 children go through the system). I cannot imagine losing a child--I lost my husband suddenly and know that void. Please know that she will always be with you--and in time you will smile when you think of her and not feel all this pain.
