I didn't know her personally, I just stumbled upon her instagram a few years ago. I always admired her beauty, her intelligence, and her adventurous spirit. If admiring her from a far was a pleasure, then there is no doubt that knowing her personally was a true privelage. God bless her and her family.

My sincere condolences to family and friends. I never met Amal but my daughter, Karina Powell, her colleague, shared the many reasons Amal was an amazing women, surgeon and friend. I loved the pride of her country and all that she accomplished.
