She will be missed. I remember working with her at Meridan Manor, she had such a great attitude about her that even the most "difficult" residents wanted her to be around. She was fun to be with and she always made me smile.

I was friends with Amanda all through high school. We both played the flute in band and often sat next to each other. We were partners in class a lot. If I ever had a question, she was always willing to help. Amanda was a very bright young woman. She was always laughing and smiling. We grew apart in the years following high school, but I will never forget the good times that we shared. My condolences go out to her family and friends. Her smile will be greatly missed.

I knew Amanda briefly when she was a baby. Her mom and I went to the same highschool for young mothers in Chaska. I was very saddened to hear about Amanda's death. From what I have read she affected so many people with her goodness. I read somewhere that that is the measure of a good life; How much you are loved by others. Amanda must have had a WONDERFUL life! My heart goes out to Amanda's mother Jenny, and her family. No parent should EVER have to live through losing a child. Your...

Amanda barely knew me or others or the club...and prob not by our names...the local univ shotokan karate club would stop by at the great wall where she worked late evenings and we usually overstayed our time there..long after closing....we used to try to talk her into joining the club...she would always laugh at that idea although i think she might have been tempted.....anyway..the club and myself did not know her well ..but well enough to regret that we did not get to know her much...

Amanda's friends and family:
I knew Amanda through my roomate Jodie. I hung out with her occasionally freshmen year and quite a bit sophomore year. I unfortunately did not get to spend time with her at the beginning of this year. I did not know her super well, but I did know that she was sweet, fun, loving, caring, and I always saw this huge smile on her face. When I did get to hang out with her, I had a blast. She was so fun to laugh and be funny with. What a beautiful girl. I...
