Not sure what to say?

We are sad to hear of Mrs. Nesmith's passing. We were very honored to have cared for her and the whole family. She is a very beautiful woman and Christian. Our prayers are with you.

Stan:

I am saddened to learn of your mother's death. When I accepted Christ, she is the one my mother took me to for counseling to make sure I knew what I was doing. She was a wonderful pastoral secretary, but she was so much more than that. She was a real lady whose stately godliness was an example to me and many of the girls at Center Point Baptist. I am praying for comfort and strength for you, Steve, Mr. Nesmith, and others in your family.--with Fond Memories . . .

Stan, I'm Ricky Pennington Erwin Class of 1971, I got the news of your Mom's passing from Rhonda Shrivner & Debbe Leopard. Please accept my condolences for your loss. I tried getting a notice out to all our classmates on my Erwin Classmates Contact & Mailing List but the email address & phone number that Debbe had for you was no longer current. You can reply back to me with your new email address and any other new contact information and I will make sure our classmates receive it so they have...

Bill, Mary Ellen and I have so many special memories of Kathy (and you) it's hard to single out a thought to share with you during your time of sorrow. Mary Ellen has never forgotten those many trips Kathy and Gloria McFarland made to take Mary Ellen over a six month period for cancer treatments ... and Kathy was so faithful to make those trips regardless of her own inconvenience ... because she cared! And because she loved Mary Ellen. And her thoughtful phone calls when no one else was...

Bill, You and your family are in our prayers. Kathy was such a special person and will be greatly missed. We love you.

Mr. Bill, we were extremely saddened to hear about Kathy. She was a wonderful person with such a sense of self confidence and poise. Her genuine love for God and the humor she was able to inject in her Sunday school classes and in her life in general made her a such a natural teacher. I know for myself how much I enjoyed listening to her whenever we talked (which in hindsight was not often enough). You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

You know how much I loved Kathy. I always thought of her as my "second mom!" What a sweet lady she was to everyone she came in contact with. She will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear about Kathy. She
always had a smile and was such a joy to be around. May it comfort you to know she had so many friends. Our love and prayers to each of you.
