Iuka, Mississippi
Amanda Presley, 28, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Highway 25 North in Iuka as the result of an automobile accident. She was a member of the Iuka Baptist Church, and was a 1998 graduate of Tishomingo County High School. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Friday, April 25, 2008 at Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Saturday, April 26, 2008. The body will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to service time at Iuka Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Dr. Ronnie Hatfield. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her parents, Hugh Van and Cathy Hall Presley of Iuka, MS; and her grandmother, Vetress Presley of Iuka, MS; 1 son – Jacob Taylor Presley of Iuka, MS; 1 brother – Jamie Presley (Rebecca) of Kennett, MO; 1 niece, Gracie Presley, and 1 nephew, Camden Presley, both of Kennett, MO. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Eugene and Maurine Hall, and her paternal grandfather, Bro. V.T. Presley.
We are so very sorry to hear of Amanda's death. She was such a sweet girl. What a joy she brought to the Iuka Baptist Youth Group during my time as youth minister. Our prayers are with you.
