Amanda was always encouraging her children to say hello and drop by cards or flowers in our mailbox. They were neighbors who loved their family deeply. She hosted an ice cream party when our grandchildren moved to their home after living on Fernwood for several months. The backyard was so much fun with children's laughter and mischief.
