You are truly missed...Miss Amanda Strous. "Gray skies are just clouds passing over" (Duke Ellington). Respectfully submitted by: Artemus Flagg, Ph. D. of Charlotte, NC

Amanda you will never be forgotten. We still think of you and talk about you at CPCC. Till we meet again .

Crystal and Eric. I'm truly sorry and shocked to hear of this horrific tragedy. The most dearing gift to a parent is their child. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time of grieving.

My heart and prayers goes out to the family, and I am deeply touched by her loss. At CPCC, we are family. And she will be greatly missed. We love you Amanda.

Eric & Crystal & Family,

We are so sorry for you and your loss of Amanda. You have been in our thoughts and prayers for the last several days. We pray that God gives you the strength to get through this most difficult time.

I worked with Amanda at CPCC for the past six months and had the pleasure of getting to know her and help her as she learned how things operated. I will miss her daily IM messages asking for help because she wanted to make sure she was giving her students accurate information. To her family and her fiancé, Cory, my heart goes out to you all and you are all in my prayers daily. I pray that God will comfort all of you during this difficult time.

I had the pleasure of working right next to Amanda every day at Harper until I left in the middle of May. I was supposed to have lunch with her and her fiance when he came back from his trip. I did not realize that the last conversation I had with her would be my last. She was an amazing person and I wish I had the opportunity to spend more time, meet her fiance, and talk about the wedding. I am truly sorry for your loss and I wish with all my heart that we could have had that lunch...

Crystal & Eric,
So sorry for your loss.
You both did a great job as parents as she was a beautiful person both inside and out.
