CYNTHIANA — Amber Sandlin, 23, died Thursday, June 21, 2007, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She attened Ivy Tech for EMT certification for two years.

She is survived by mother, Rose; father, Earl; grandmother, Helen Sering; and sister, Kimberly Norman.
