Read MoreMy deep condolences. I too grew up in the First Baptist Church first downtown and then in the then new church in the Heights. Amber was a gentleman and devoted Baptist, as were his parents, Harold and Cassie Mae, whose cabin at the Alto Frio Encampment was next to my grandparents, Frank and Alice Crockett´s cabin. God grant grace and mercy to the family for Amber´s passing.
