Not sure what to say?

I graduated from Pioneer in 2006 and had choir with Amelia. In the short time that I sat next to her she became a very impressionable friend. Now, almost 20 years later I still remember her for the kind and infectious person that she was, always making everyone laugh and find myself reminiscing on those wonderful traits. Her memory will always live on.

Having class with Amelia sophomore year was a joy. She was very friendly, funny, and always considerate of others. I was pretty close to her best friends and had the opportunity to know Amelia through them. I remember walking with her after class and watching her limp, I hoped she would recover soon. I will remember Amelia fondly.

There was no one like her, but I think everyone knows that already. Every tear shed is a testimnoy to her, and the foot print she left with us. I miss her.

We met Amelia through the 2006 Relay for Life. She was an inspiration and the truest example of courage that I've ever known. As a cancer survivor, I will continue to hold onto the inspiration that Amelia has given to many of us. Our prayers are with your family during this unbelievably difficult time. We will hold the memory of Amelia in our hearts forever.

To the Callam Family,

I met Amelia through Relay for Life. I am a cancer survivor as well. Seeing her battle against it helped me see what it is to fight.

Ben,
I am so sorry for your loss! I know how hard this is for you. Please accept my condolences. My thoughts and prayers are truly with you, Nikki and your family. I am so sorry.

To the entire Callam family,
I can't seem to shake the saddness that I have felt since learning of Amelia's passing, however I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to visit with her and Lynn just a few weeks ago in Oxford. Amelia touched my heart in so many ways; her enthusiasm for life and courage to fight this battle was truly inspiring and it was such an honor to be her nurse at U of M. I will never lose sight of her smile or the love and kindness of your family. I wish I could...
