Funeral for Amelia Ann Linderman Russell, 52, of Danville will be Friday, February 8, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron Manly and the Rev. Tom Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.

Ms. Russell, who died Monday, February 4, 2013, at her residence, was born April 20, 1960, in Morgan County to Cecil Linderman and Amelia Landers Linderman. She was a member of Walden Chapel Baptist Church and medically retired from G.E. Her mother preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Mandy Russell and Whitney McBride, both of Danville; her father, Cecil A. Linderman of Danville; three brothers, Tim Linderman (Mary) of Clanton, Stanley Linderman (Joann) of Danville and Phillip Linderman (Debra) of Danville; one sister, Alicia L. Russell (Larry) of Danville; two granddaughters, Willoe McBride and Abbigail Grubbs, both of Danville; eight nieces, 10 great-nephews and nieces; and her special friend, Stanley Bibb.

Pallbearers will be Justin Dunn, Jody Wydner, Lynn Smith, Chris Reed, Richard Hardigree and Brent Lawrimore.

The family respectfully requests memorial donations to the ALS Foundation of Alabama.
