Amie Coleman Obituary

EVANS, Ga. - Mrs. Amie Lola Coleman, 86, entered into rest on Friday, February 12, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday, February 15, 2010 at Curtis Baptist Church with Rev. Sherrell Dunn officiating. Mrs. Coleman will lie in state at the church from 12 Noon until service time. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park with grandchildren serving as pallbearers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reggie C. Coleman, Sr. Mrs. Coleman had lived in the area for almost 50 years and was a member of Curtis Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter and son-on-law, Margie and Billy Dobbs, Evans, Georgia; two sons and daughters-in-law, A. C. and Lynnette Coleman, Social Circle, Georgia, Reggie C. Jr. and Joann Coleman, Fleming Island, Florida; nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; sister, Jeanette Beasley Coleman, Thomson, Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 pm Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia. Sign the guestbook at AugustaChronicle.com
