Not sure what to say?

Prof. Turk was a great man. His love and caring for his students is exceptional. May his Departing soul continues to rest in peace.

Though it has been several years since Dr. Turk's passing, my memories of his family are still very vivid. We, the Beckermans, lived down the street on Southern Blvd. Went to school with Janet and had my first kiss with my husband to be near their home on Tarrywile Lake. The Turks and I have a mutual friend Joel Epstein. What a wonderful legacy Dr. Turk left~

To the Family of Dr. Turk from a former Danbury resident Faith Beckerman Goldman. I had lunch today with Joel Epstein from Greenwich and friend of Daniel. He told me of your father's passing. I have found memories of your folks, of Tarrywile Lake, and am a classmate of Janet. May you all have wonderful memories. Having 2 family members pass away within a short period of time is daunting. Share their stories with your children. Shalom, Faith

Sending my love and so many memories over the years with Amos and Petch. Amidst the tumult and volume of Mallove family celebrations, Amos and I always managed to find special time to ourselves to walk, bike or just talk. One of my favourites was the summer I hung out with him in Goldie's upstairs guest room and helped him cut and paste the layout of an environmental studies textbook. He was by far the most interesting person I had ever met, at 12 years old!

We also had the...

Janet, Jonathan, and Danny-

I can still see your father's kind of mischievous smile and lit-up eyes. .. He (and Regina too) modeled for me being your own person and living life fully.

My sympathies to all of Amos's friends and family. What a touching tribute to a brilliant, & devoted man. He & Pearl exuded seamless togetherness in life & now the same in death. I'm grateful to have known and loved them both.

Janet, Jonathan and Danny,

You were blessed to have such a wonderful father and we were honored to have known him. My sympathy and prayers go out to you.

Amos is very loved by Jerry and me and we were enriched by his friendship. He was a a wonderful man with the perfect balance of strength and gentleness. He was always fun and stimulating to be with because of his sharp mind and special wit. The wonderful memories we have of him will be a special treasure in our minds and hearts. He and Pearl will always be an inspiration to us. Sincerest sympathy to the family from Phyllis and Jerry

Amos Turk was a brilliant scientist and teacher who cared deeply for this planet and all who live on it, he was a good friend but most of all he was a good man - loyal, generous, kind, caring and honest. He shall be missed sorely. We are all blessed to have had our lives graced by his presence.
