Not sure what to say?

Amy and I we were both department heads at UConn and had some great chats about how to handle workplace challenges. While Amy isn't just around the corner, it is always comforting to think of how Amy would handle a situation. We lost a beautiful soul way too early!

Dear Wright Family,

I am sorry to hear about your loss. Amy was a wonderful person and professor. I will always remember her kindness and delightfulness. I am glad to be a former student of hers. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Dennis and family - I am so sorry for your loss and will keep you all in my prayers. Such a loss.

Dear Dennis and Family,
I so very sorry for your loss. Amy was phenomenal. As you know she was one of my PhD mentors and she generously and enthusiastically introduced this computer scientist to so many wonderful aspects of structural biology. I ran into Amy a few years ago at a research meeting and it was a wonderful surprise. We had a nice time reminiscing about the old days. You are all in my thoughts.

Dear Dennis, Evan, and Dean,

I am so saddened to hear of Amy's passing. Words are not enough to ease the deep sorrow. Amy was a wonderful mother, an excellent model in teaching and delightful human being. She will always be remembered by so many wonderful memories.
My heart is with you during this difficult time.

Dear Wright family,

I am so sorry to hear of Amy's passing. She truly was a kind, caring, humorous person. Sending my deepest thoughts, prayers and condolences during such a difficult time. Sending much love to your family and lots of hugs to both beautiful boys.

Amy was kind and thoughtful, always 'present', and so passionate and enthusiastic about her life's work. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to know her, and am so saddened and heartsore by this news.

I am heartbroken to hear of Amy's passing. She was a high school friend and classmate and I have fond memories of spending time with her when we were teenagers in Holden/Princeton. I remember Amy as intellectually curious, serious, fun, and kind. I am not surprised that she went on to accomplish so much in her life. Her research discoveries are inspirational. Even though I have not seen her in many years, I recognize her contagious smile. Sending heartfelt sympathy to you I am truly...

So saddened to learn of the death of a high school friend. Amy was making breakthrough scientific discoveries even then. It is a small consolation that she achieved so much in her way too short life, and her impact and contributions to humanity will live on indefinitely. So grateful to have known her. Much love to her friends and family, especially her children. It sounds like she achieved as much success personally as professionally and her boys are equally amazing. My sincere sympathy for...
