Blubaugh, Amy Lea (Ziemann) Age 83; of Greendale Township, Midland County; passed away Monday, February 20, 2017. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 25 at 1 p.m. at the Oil City Assembly of God with Pastor Jeremy Screws officiating.

Had her for a teacher in church and so did my daughter Shannon and before she got real bad was coming to my church for awhile and it was good to see her.Always had a smile and chat when we see each other up town.Deepest sympathy, Keith and I will miss her.
