I knew Amy as "Karissa's mom" at our church in Cadillac, where I worked in the nursery. We saw each other every week when she would drop off her kids, before teaching my daughter in sunday school. Such a sweet, smiling person. A patient and loving mom. Karissa was so smart, loving to put puzzles together. James enjoyed playing house. We really didn't get to know Amy very well, but my sister (Sheila Bosman) did as she worked along side Amy for the past couple of years. Being as close as she was with my sister and my parents as well, she had become a wonderful addition to our family. She and the kids will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. May God place the wings upon your back that you so deserve.

Amy Hutton was a beautiful person.Her smiling face will be sadly missed by all the families at Forest View Elementary. Mrs. Hutton, Thank you for being such a positive roll model. You were an inspiration to all. You encouraged our children, you loved our children, you cared for our children and for these reason you will never be forgotten. Our Family is deeply sadden with the loss of Amy Hutton and we are Praying that the kids will somehow be stong through all of this and that they will go on with there lives as well as they can. We will be thinking of them in our prayers
