What a wonderful, bright, kind, talented, woman, aunt, mother, and friend. She was always so thoughtful and kind to us, especially when we lived in Illinois. You all were. We still use recipes we had at the Jackson's, in fact, one of our favorite appetizers we call: Aunt Amy's Hot Drink. We will always remember Amy as someone who lived with purpose, loyalty, faith and plenty of energy. We loved her. We honor George and his family for the loving care they gave their sweetheart and Mother.
