This is so difficult. Our sincere sympathy to each and everyone of Amy's family. We are so very sorry for your loss. Amy was such a wonderful person to everyone. Again, we are so sorry.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of an amazing person that truly helped so many during her career and as Drew's Mother. In our thoughts through this tough time always.

Amy hired me as a clerk in January 1990; I was 19. She mentored me as young person who then became pregnant and later went to nursing school with her encouragement and support, including rearranging my schedule several times. I worked on her team for 5 years and after graduating as an RN I moved on to the OR. I have always credited my start in a nursing career to Amy and have great respect for her. Later, as a Nurse Practitioner, we would occasionally see each other out and about and have the...

She always had a smile and a friendly hello when I saw her at SJH. She was an excellent nurse to work with.

Amy was a good friend and a loyal and talented nurse leader. Always ready to step in to help anyone in need. We will miss her greatly.
