Not sure what to say?

God's Angel. I was Amy's Administrative Assistant at BCBSNC, May 2004 - January 2006. Amy encouraged and helped me obtain my Certified Professional Secretary Certification. If it were not for Amy teaching me Accounting, I could not have passed the 7.25 hrs CPS exam. We used to close the door to her office and "cut up." Harold and Kevin, and to all the family and close friends my sincere condolence. I pray for your peace and comfort. Amy is with God. What a beautiful place to be, with our Father.

Harold, I am at a loss for words. I am so sorry for you and your family. I know how bad it hurts and there are no words to describe the pain that you must be feeling. I know that she is in a better place and does not have to suffer anymore. I have known you both practically all of my life and I have very fond memories of you and Amy from my childhood. She was a wonderful woman. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Harold and Kevin, I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of bereavement.

Amy was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. She and I loved to compare our travel experiences and dream about our next adventure. She had the most beautiful smile and wonderful laugh. She was a very dear friend and co-worker and I will miss her. I will cherish the memories and think of her every time I plan my next trip. I am happy that she is no longer suffering. Rest in peace my dear friend. I love you! Joan

I wish I would have gotten to know Amy better, I think we could have been fast friends. She had such a beautiful smile, you could tell that behind it was a kind and loving person. We get so busy in life that we miss out on getting to know the people that would bring us joy. Harold and Kevin, I am so, so sorry that you lost Amy. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Joycee and Dale (Oakton Sub) Raleigh, NC

I have worked with Amy for the past 26 years at BCBSNC. We both were raising sons who happened to also be only children so we had many stories to share. Amy was truly the kindest person and always had a smile for everyone. She always had an open door policy and would stop to talk with you no matter how busy she was. Amy was a mentor to all and I am so thankful to have known her. Our prayers are with Harold, Kevin and her family.

Harold and Kevin, I am so sorry for your loss of Amy. I will always cherish the memories of how all three of you welcomed me and Mama when we visited in 2009 with Aunt Wanda and Claude. You are in my prayers.

Cats, paddle cactus, solar globe lights, minature daffodils, the best mailbox bed, a good book on tape, the best bookclub (Oakton), a smirky laugh/chuckle and a good glass of wine - all happy thoughts that bring Amy to mind! Heartfelt condolence to you both Harold & Kevin.

I am so very sorry. I wish I could offer something other than that. I never got to meet Amy. But I do know that she must have been a wonderful soul and in fact still is as those we love are never truly gone. I know that she is wonderful because I do know her son. Kevin is a wonderful human being. He is funny and kind and smart. And I know that is in part because of his mama and daddy and how they raised such a great person. That is a beautiful legacy to leave the world; one more great person...
