It is with a saddened heart to learn of the passing of your mother. Chuck, Susan and I have many memories of her and Uncle Howard coming to Ontario for visits.

Just this past New Year's I was in Red Deer and called Aunt Amy. Over the years I had lost track of her but Donna had sent a Christmas card and I contacted her before going there so I if the occasion arose that I could get to Edmonton I would go see her. That was not to be but I did...

I have many warm and fond memories of Aunt Amy. She was always willing to help and lend a helping hand and do special tasks. When she knew I was getting married to Tim in Kauai she offered to bake our wedding cake. What a delightful and generous surprise to me. It arrived in Vancouver via friends and I hand carried it on the plane. It was wonderful--a three-tier white...

We are saddened to hear that another of my Mom's families' generation (Ileine Hanna) has passed on - I believe that my Mom is the only one left now. Our sympathies are with you for your loss and our thoughts are with you to help celebrate a long and filled life of Aunt Amy.

My Mom continues to do well altough her memory is fading. She has lived the past two years in a senior's residence in downtown Calgary and will be celebrating her 90th birthday this Sept. 9th.
