Not sure what to say?

I met Andrea in the early 1980s when we were both stuudents at PCC Sylvania Campus; I in journalism and she in broadcasting. We became fast friends and boy did we have fun! We lived one half block away from each other in NW Portland back when if was affordable for two girls like us, and we haunted places like Cassidys, Jake's Crawfish, the Veritable Quandary, and so on. She was my platonic soul mate in those days and I have never stopped thinking about her. Lezlie and Niklas, I am so...

Andrea was a tender and joyfully artistic friend in her youngest years. She could sketch, paint and bring unique style to capturing anything she observed in nature on paper or canvas. She loved Norwegian Elkhounds, The Monkees, stylish clothes, skiing and tennis. As a child and teen she loved to read, and was always up for adventurers. She was an astute and wry judge of human nature. I will always remember her as a stunning, driven girl who was always searching for meaning.

There are certain characteristics and special qualities that make a person memorable. I will always remember Andrea as a sweet, happy go lightly girl who was intelligent, creative, lively and friendly to all. In grade school she was striking with her blond Nordic looks and personal style. I especially remember her "loopy" handwriting; it was very idiosyncratic, expressive, and I believe another singular expression of who she was. Condolences to Lezlie & her family. She was one of a kind, & I...

How well I remember you and your siblings, and your terrific folks ! I look back with fondness, and miss those joyfull days of caring for " the little ones " ! I shall look you up in your and my next life ....

She was a very sweet Woman May her family be comforted by her memory

I lost contact with Andrea after our kids got older. She was very fun and loving person. I have great memories of hanging out with her while our kids played. Very sorry for this loss.

Rest in Peace, beautiful lady. As a young girl at Chapman, I was inspired by your artistic style and your humor and laugh were delightful. May the good memories be a blessing to your family.

I have fond memories of Andrea from grade school at Chapman. She was a sweet girl and a true friend. My condolences to Roger, Lezlie and Niklas.
