Not sure what to say?

Andy I wish we had gotten together more. Judy Weil

I remember hitchhiking with Andrea in Daly City in 1970.

I was very sorry to hear of Andrea's passing at such a young age. I knew her from high school - she was good friends with my sister Kathleen and as I recall they got in a lot of trouble together. I remember her as serene and kind and wise beyond her years. I can well believe how great she must have been taking care of newborns. My condolences to the family as it is clear she was much beloved.

It's been many years since I have worked with Andrea at UCSF but I will always remember her kindness, her love of the outdoors, her even temperament and her exceptional nursing skills.
Definitely gone too soon and I'm so sorry to hear this news.

Such sad news--I work at UCSF and participate on a committee with her. When we first met, I asked if she had gone to Westmoor because I remembered the names Dannie, Yvonne, and maybe Jackie. My condolences to your family--she was way too young.

I'm so shocked and saddened to learn of Andrea's passing. Pat and I were very best friends in high school and the entire Mostny family holds a very special place in my heart. The memories of the time I spent in their house has remained with me my entire life. I love you all and send you my deepest condolences on yet, another, loss. I'm so sorry I'm out of town and unable to attend Andrea's service but send you all my love.

I was lucky enough to work with Andrea at CPMC and I will never forget what a wonderful way it was to start the day seeing her smile at 06:00. I'd always say, "How's it over at the big house....?" meaning UC. In her understated way she'd just smile. Those of us who met her along the trail know we have a guardian angel watching over us.

We hiked the Lost Coast Trail in April and she was so very happy to be back in the outdoors. Her smile and energy on the trip infectious. I will miss her greatly.

I am so sad and confused about Andreas passing. She was a special person that touched my life. She always had a story or advice to give, that meant a lot. I will truly miss her and her wonderful smile. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. Fondly Debbie Lenhof - Noes
