Rest in peace, ANDY. I met ANDY many, many moons ago, (1970) when I was stationed in SACLANT. We´re all young, energetic and a very dedicated sailors. Andy is humorous, and expert in pagtutula. There´s not any dull days on or off work. His good sense of humor and wit makes the days a lot of fun. He is loyal, sincere, and a true friend. He´s the kind of guy who gives his shirt off his back.
