I was saddened to hear of the passing of Andy. My sister, Jeri Musial, (deceased May, 1997) was his legal secretary and always spoke of what a fine man he was. She enjoyed working for him tremendously and often spoke of Genny, Andi, and the grandchildren. My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you and the family at this time.

Please accept my deepest condolences in the untimely passing of Mr. Adsit. I knew him from 1983-1993, when my employer Patrick Mazza was a partner at Arnstein.
