Not sure what to say?

I just found out about Andy´s passing on our high school website. Andy and I were good friends in high school and worked together during the summers in downtown Chicago. We kept in touch through college years and beyond but I lost track of him after he moved out of Madison Wisconsin. Some people possess grace and express it in all they are. Andy was one of those people. I wish I'd known him better. He will be remembered.

My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort be with you during your time of sorrow. (Psalm 145:19)

Those of us who knew Andy are the ones who are grateful for having known his humor, his stories, his understanding and compassion and his wide range of interests. I will always treasure my memories of time spent with Andy from tennis games, and weekly dinners to his sharing his love of New Mexico with us.

Those of us who knew Andy are the ones who are grateful for all that he gave us; his stories, his sense of humor, his help and understanding and too many more qualities for me to mention. I will always remember our times together from little things like tennis games and weekly dinners to his sharing his love of New Mexico with us.

I'm sorry I never knew Andy. I'll call on his example in hard times.
