Andrew Thomas Bianchi Sr.

I was doing an internet search for Mr. Bianchi, my most impactful teacher so I could write to thank him, and I see the sad news that he has passed. I am so sorry to his family. Mr Bianchi was my 8th grade teacher at St. James school in Stratford,Ct. It was right before he moved to TX. I remember him talking about his dog Tumbleweed and how excited he was to start his new chapter in TX. He was incredibly empowering to this young girl at a time when that was not common. I´m sorry that I´m just now seeing this. I always check the Odessa paper online but not the Midland one. I was looking up former teachers and found this. Mr. Bianchi was one of my favorite teachers at Permian back in the `80s. I loved checking for my name and rank on his "hit list " each week! He really inspired me to learn. Just wanted to let you know.
