Not sure what to say?

We were engaged in our 20's. It didn't work out, but we left on good terms. I knew his mom. She was a nice lady. We met again in 2017 or 2018. Talked to each other. I just put his name in Google to see if I could find his phone number and say hi and then I found his obituary. This just shocked me. I hope I see him when I am in heaven. Michelle

I was Elwood's teacher in high school in New York City. My heart is broken. Please, someone, tell me what happened.

I found out too late. We met in high school. He always kind, helpful and like a big bear. I cant believe he's gone. I wish i knew what happened. He has alot of high school friends that would like to know what happened. Rest in peace my sweet friend.

Elwood was always kind and sweet. I remember him at family gatherings when he was little. Elwood was thoughtful enough to take time to come to my mom's (his great aunt's) 90th birthday party. Visiting with him was a real blessing and a fond memory for me. Living in South Dakota, I didn't get to see him often. May his legacy and sweet spirit continue to be a blessing to many.

Mourning Elwood's passing. Celebrating his many contributions for so long to all the communities we serve. Standing with his coworkers. While Ramsey County is an organization, we are also a family. One loss is shared by all of us. May Elwood's good work be a lasting legacy.

Elwood, it was a delight to meet and work with you. I still remember the lessons you taught me about being a good person. The world is a better place for having had you in it. You are missed.

Such a kind soul you are. Though I didn't get to see you very often, it always brought a smile to my face when I was fortunate enough to cross your path. Rest In Peace

I was so sorry to see this obituary. I didn't know Elwood more than to exchange a greeting at the Community Center. He seemed like such a nice guy, always so pleasant. Peace to you Elwood

In the 5 years that I knew you as a resident there was never a negative word out of your mouth. You were kind and sweet and I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing you.
Thank you, rest in piece.
