Andrew Chung passed away in Anderson, Indiana. The obituary was featured in The Herald Bulletin on February 22, 2008.
One of the proudest moments in my life was to be a witness for Andy at his naturalization hearing for US citizenship many years ago. He was a very gracious and honorable friend, neighbor and former co-worker. He will be greatly missed in our community and by all who knew him.

It is with a heavy heart that I send my condolences to the family of Dr. Chung. He has been my doctor for the last few years. He was able to help me when I couldn't get relief anywhere else. I'm saddened to learn of Dr. Chung's passing. My encounter with him was in the early 80's, and I was very impressed at the time he took with patients and their families, and with his genuine concern and overall professionalism.
