I met Andrew and. Alicia in 1960 in Paris,when my brother-in-law Gerrit Peereboom employed Andrew at the American Hospital in Neuilly.Then at Fairfax Hospital since 1972 we became friends and I referred many of my patients and family members to him. We also went on ski trips to Colorado and Utah together with a bunch of other doctors and their families.Andrew was a very gifted Orthopedist and a great friend, as was Alicia . May he RIP!
