Not sure what to say?

Sending prayers and healing thoughts to Andrew's family on the one year memorial of his passing. I am sure that his joyful and lively spirit lives on.

Dr Drexler one and only. He was such a great Dr. who showed care and interest for you. He would answer his cell when I called and was always willing and took the time to talk with me, never ever too busy. He epitomized what Drs should be, caring, loving, patience, understanding, humble, ready to take charge and never ever too busy to listen or talk. I will miss you dearly and may you rest in the arms of our Lord peacefully and raise gloriously with him. Condolences to your family as...

Andrew Drexler was a kind wonderful Doctor.
He will surely be missed but never forgotten.
He was an exceptional man we feel privileged he touched our lives as our physician for many ryears. May be rest in Peace.

Dr. Drexler was such a magnificent man. I know without a doubt without his brilliance and care my son wouldn't be here today. He was kind, and gentle, and loving. He will be missed beyond measure.

My goodness, what can I even say about Dr. Drexler that will convey what an incredible person he was. Dr. D was my endocrinologist for more than 10 years. I began to see him soon after he arrived at UCLA and boy was I fortunate to find him and Carolyn. He was not only the best doctor I have ever had but he was one of the best humans I have ever known. I, as many of his patients did, had his cell phone number and he would always answer, Laura, what's going on? and he would stay in touch with...

When I arrived in NYC in 1984 to begin teaching at the NYU College of Dentistry, I needed an endocrinologist for the treatment of my type 1 diabetes. I met up with a physician walking north on First Avenue towards Bellevue Hospital. I asked him for the name of an endocrinologist to treat my type 1 diabetes. The physician's answer: Hands down. Dr. Andrew Drexler. None better. Andy was the consummate clinician; knowledgeable, compassionate, a friend, and colleague. And yes, his sense of...

I met Dr. Drexler when I was pregnant with my son. I was in a state of distress. He was unmatched in his compassion and devotion to me and all his patients. I know instantly that I was in the hands of an angel. He will be missed terribly. He still had so much to give to the world. RIP, Andy

As I told Dr. D and Carolyn -- the only good thing about being a type 1 diabetic was meeting Dr. Drexler and Carolyn. My first endo made me feel scared and terrified of the disease -- Dr. Drexler was the opposite. He was kind and compassionate, and fully committed to his patients. He was a singularly unique doctor in that I felt he cared so so much about my health. I'm so lucky to have know him. He was the best.

Dr. Drexler was my first endocrinologist and I felt at ease with him from the first moment I met him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, full of energy and enthusiasm, and had a great sense of humor. I was sad when he retired, but happy that it meant he was going to be spending more time for himself. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. My prayers and healing wishes go out to his family and friends. I know he will be sorely missed.
