Not sure what to say?

Dear Russ & Pauline,
I'm not sure if you will remember me, my late husband, John Kinziger worked for you at Grainger. Many years after he worked there, he passed away and you came to his wake. When I saw Andrew's name in the paper, I feared it was your son. I now see that it is and I am so sorry for you loss. I don't know what happened but the loss of a child is the worst devastation ever. I will pray that you make it through this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Laurie Kinziger

Russ and Pauline:

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Hold tight to Andrew's name and memories as that will get through these difficult days.
