Not sure what to say?

Hello, Just finished reading Drew´s precious obituary and I am in Love with a precious soul I never had the privilege to meet. Tomorrow is the 53rd. Wedding anniversary for my husband and I and I can tell you that reading about your precious son is my gift this year. Drew was so blessed with an amazing and loving family and friends beyond measure. Bless you all and hugs to all. Ellen

Dear Chad and Angela, I will always remember Drew, he has a special place in my heart . What a wonderful legacy he leaves behind. May God Bless You all

My name is Dawn and me and my family owned the dairy Queens in the area. I have such great memories of Drew. I think I first met him at channel 12 presenting a check from CMN. My son Kyle was with me and Drew kept staring at Kyle all of a sudden Drew started doing rock paper scissors with Kyle and they entertained each other until it was time to present the check. What a beautiful tribute to your young Drew, a true legend. He will be sadly missed by the millions of people who lives he touched. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Hi Chad & Angela, we are so sorry to learn of Drew's passing. We remember when we first met you (you owned an art framing store on Miller Road) and you couldn't wait to introduce Drew to us. From that point on we followed your family and Drew's adventures. Drew reminded us of some lines from the movie, "Hook," in which Peter Banning and Grandma Wendy close out the movie with the following lines, Wendy: "So Peter...your adventures are over." Peter: "Oh, no. To live...to live would...

I met Drew once in a doctors waiting room in the early 2000's. He just looked and me and reached out for a hug. Sixtey seconds of contact with a person I never would see again. I thought about that hug and Drew often over the years. Something so special that it was ingrained into my memory forever. I am filled with sadness and at the same time thankful for the one minute of time I spent with that young man. My sincere condolences and greatfulness to his family. A man in the south
