I have known Andrew since he was a kindergarten student at West End Elementary! I watched him grow up through his years at West End and during High School when he and his family would come to the lake with us at the Nolans lake house along with many other West Rnd families! He was always so kind, curious. witty, and considerate of others even at 5 years old. He and his brother Adam were so close and they seemed to always take care of each other. His mom and dad were always so proud of him...
