GRAVES, Andrew A. - Of Flint, age 82, died Monday, December 31, 2007 at Argentine Care Center. Funeral service will be held at 11AM Thursday, January 3, 2008 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Doug Klein officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Salvation Army. Visitation 1-3 and 5-8PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Andrew was born in Flint, Michigan on April 29, 1925, the son of Harry and Edna Graves. He was a member of UAW Local 651. Mr. Graves was employed by AC Spark Plug Division for 20 years. Surviving are brother, Harry and wife Gaynell Graves of Flint; 2 sisters, Ruth Gould of Flint and Janice Skunda of Flint; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marian Dickerson, in 1999. Special thanks to Argentine Care Center for the care they gave to Andrew over the years.
