Andrew Scott "Andy" Hasper

I met Andy when he lived in San Antonio, Tx. He was my neighbor across the hall. There was an intruder in my apartment and I ran over to Andy and Joe´s apartment. Without hesitation, both Andy and Joe ran over to help. Andy was an amazing and kind person. He looked after his little brother Joe and you could tell how much he loved Joe and was proud of Joe. I am sorry to hear of his passing. I am sending love and strength to his friends and family. I will always cherish the memory of Andy. ...
