Not sure what to say?

Alice, from reading the words written by Andy's friends on this Guest Book, Andy sounded like a wonderful man who will be missed by many. My best wishes for you as you move ahead.

Barry R. Bjorkman - Carson City, Nevada

Dear Alice,
You have my deepest sympathy for you and your family. Kindness and sorrow for you and yours will be in my prayers.
Jack (In Illinois)

My sympathies to Andy's family and friends. We worked together at Advanced Education. The impish grin in Andy's picture tells a great deal about his personality. He also was an effective leader and problem solver, always with the students in mind. Thanks for the memories Andy.

Lynne

I worked with Andy at Advanced Education in the late eighties and always enjoyed being part of coffee breaks in the cafeteria of the Devonian Building where Andy regaled our little group with his poems, jokes and stories about various subjects, including his son's Omni Power Wagon. Truly a unique personality and a great loss with his passing.

Dear Alice and Family...we were so saddened to hear of Andy's passing. It was a joy to be your neighbours and were glad that we were able to see you both on a couple of occasions since we moved into the city. You will have made many happy memories in the years you were together. The ferns we transplanted from your yard are flourishing and every time we see them we will think of you all. Andy, you were such a gentle soul with my two kiddos. We called you one of their Starbucks Grandpas. You will be missed. Hugs and love to Alice and the rest of the family

Rough & Tough.....and a Heart of Gold!

Andy was the last Frontiersman, the last true Cowboy, and the last poetry-reciter. We won't see his like soon, although his sons can hook a wild salmon with the best of them and are at home with the wilderness Andy loved.

Alice, Andrew, Michael and Families, we just read of Andy's passing and are incredibly shocked and saddened. We have very fond memories of your family when the boys were younger and our kids played together. As we remember, Andy had such a unique sense of humor. We loved hearing of your family's various adventures and accomplishments through the years. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.
With Sincere Sympathy, Bonnie & Gary Schwindt
